Neon Memory respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit neonmemoryworld.com, contact us or order our merch, why we use it, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights over it. It is our personal data processing policy under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 (Habeas Data) and its regulations (Decree 1377 of 2013, compiled in Decree 1074 of 2015).

- When you contact us or order. Today merch orders are handled through Instagram messages. We receive what you send us: your name or username, your message and, if needed to deliver an order, your contact and shipping details.
- Online store purchases (when enabled). Checkout is processed by Wix. Wix and its payment providers handle your name, email, address and payment; we never see or store your full card details.
